ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed and shipped within 48-72 hours. Currently only soaps that are cured and in stock will be listed for sale. No back order shipments are available.  I am able to honor special requests for wedding or baby showers, just email me the event details with your contact information and I will get back to you to discuss terms.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped USPS mail with tracking and insurance.  You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. I cannot be responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, once the package is in the hands of the USPS. The majority of the soaps will be shipped via flat rate except for orders under 15 ounces which are sent First Class and priced by an average weight and zone.  I will do my best to ship in the most economical way possible.  The size of the bars can vary which determines the size of the flat rate box required. As I am a small cottage business I am unable to offer free shipping. Instead I frequently offset the shipping cost with additional sample bars whenever possible.

SALES TAX

Applicable Sales Tax will be added on orders at checkout.

PRODUCT REFUNDS

Due to the nature of an handmade product, each bar may vary slightly from the photo.  Additionally the botanical wrap color may differ dependent upon what is in stock.  I will try to describe each scent as much as feasible, however, scent preference is very individual. If you obtain something you are not happy with please contact me immediately. I will do my best to work with you on a refund or replacement, but the customer will be required to pay the postage to return the unused item to me in the same shape as it was received.  Any used items may not be returned.

WHOLESALE

My current mission is to provide a beautiful bar of soap at a reasonable price so that people will use it daily and not just purchase it occasionally or as a gift.  Because of this I will only wholesale at 30% of the cost of the retail price.
